How to Redeem Your Play On! Voucher for QFA Memberships and Events

The Queensland Fencing Association (QFA) accepts Play On! vouchers for eligible memberships and event registrations through a reimbursement process.

Step 1: Register and Pay

Register your child for QFA memberships and/or eligible events through the JustFence portal as normal.

• The total value of memberships and event registrations you wish to claim must not exceed $200 (the value of a Play On! voucher).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of registration.

Step 2: Save Your Receipts

After completing your registration, save or download your payment receipts/invoices from JustFence.

Step 3: Submit Your Voucher and Receipts

Email the following to the QFA Treasurer, Rebecca He, at rebecca.he@qfa.org.au:

• Your child's Play On! voucher

• Copies of the relevant payment receipts/invoices

Please ensure the receipts clearly show the amount paid and the registrations being claimed.

Step 4: QFA Processes the Reimbursement

Once your voucher and receipts have been verified, QFA will submit the voucher claim and arrange reimbursement for the eligible registrations.

The reimbursement amount will be based on the invoices provided, up to the value of the Play On! voucher.

Important Information

• The combined value of memberships and event registrations claimed must not exceed $200.

• Any costs above $200 will remain the responsibility of the participant.

• Transaction or service fees charged by the JustFence platform may not be eligible for reimbursement and may remain payable by the participant.

• Reimbursements will only be processed after a valid Play On! voucher and corresponding receipts have been received.
