Early bird closes at 11:59pm (Brisbane Time) on 18 November, 2026 (10 days before the event).

Registrations after this time attract a higher registration fee.

All registrations close at 12:00pm midday (Brisbane Time) on 27 November, 2026.

No registrations will be accepted after this time.
